About The Position

The Terrace is a skilled nursing facility that cares for older adults who need extra support. Some of our residents are here short term to recover after surgery or illness. Others live with us long term, including those with Alzheimer’s or memory loss. Every person here depends on us. And we take that responsibility to heart. At The Terrace, you are more than a job title. You are part of a team that truly makes a difference. Whether you are preparing meals, keeping our building clean, or helping create a comfortable space, your work brings dignity, comfort, and connection to the people who call The Terrace home. You don’t need years of experience to make an impact here; kindness, reliability, and pride in your work go a long way. Be part of something meaningful. Your work here changes lives. When you're a patient, games, music, and entertainment can be the highlight of your day. We know that emotional well-being is just as important as clinical care, and that’s where you come in. We’re seeking an Activity Aide to involve residents in a therapeutic engagement program. You will help residents with life enrichment activities and a variety of entertainment options to help keep them engaged in their recovery programs. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in sports, culture, music, and traditional recreational activities, to help bring joy, structure, and stimulation to those in our care.
