About The Position

YMCA at Sumner County is Now Hiring for Active Older Adult Coordinator. This is a part-time position. The pay range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience). Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid (within 30 days of hire) and Membership Software training (within 30 days).

Nice To Haves

• Experience: Marketing and senior membership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engaging events and fitness classes for older adults.
• Build relationships with members and community organizations to increase participation.
• Manage budgets, membership plans, and SilverSneaker program participation.
• Play an active role in recruiting and retaining members.
