About The Position

Join the Event Operations Team as an Activations Ambassador at Nu Stadium and help bring the brands behind Inter Miami CF to life on match day. The role supports the construction, operation, and breakdown of partner activations across Miami Freedom Park, including the Fan Zone, terraces, and halftime moments on the pitch. This part-time position is designed for early-career professionals seeking hands-on event operations experience in professional sports. The position requires availability for all Inter Miami CF home matches during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and select partner events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management, event management, hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Highly proactive, reliable, adaptable, and motivated, with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with fans, partners, and club staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all matches.
• Able to stand and move for 7 or more hours at a time in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat or rain.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have permanent and ongoing U.S. work authorization and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early on match days to set up partner activation spaces in the Fan Zone, terraces, suites, and other in-stadium locations.
• Support partner staff and agencies onsite with check-in, credentials, water and ice, and load-in and load-out.
• Enforce Fan Zone guidelines for giveaways, sampling, and prohibited items in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
• Break down and store equipment and activations after each match.
• Work with the Activation Lead and other staff to provide a quality match-day experience for partners and fans.
• Work all Inter Miami CF home matches during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and select partner events.
• Perform other related duties as required.
