About The Position

Join the Event Operations Team as an Activations Ambassador at Nu Stadium and help bring the brands behind Inter Miami CF to life on match day. Activation Associates build, operate and break down partner activations across Miami Freedom Park, including the Fan Zone, terraces and halftime moments on the pitch. This part-time role is intended for early-career professionals seeking hands-on event operations experience in professional sports. The role requires availability for all Inter Miami CF home matches during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season and select partner events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in sport management, event management, hospitality, business, marketing or a related field.
• Be proactive, reliable, adaptable and motivated, with a positive attitude.
• Be comfortable interacting with fans, partners and club staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess reliable transportation to and from work for all matches.
• Be able to stand and move for 7+ hours at a time in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat or rain.
• Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Have permanent and ongoing authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early on match days to set up partner activation spaces in the Fan Zone, terraces, suites and in-stadium locations.
• Provide on-site support to partner staff and agencies, including check-in, credentials, water and ice, and load-in/load-out.
• Uphold Fan Zone guidelines for giveaways, sampling and prohibited items in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
• Break down and store equipment or activations after each match.
• Work with the Activation Lead and other staff to ensure a quality match-day experience for partners and fans.
• Perform other related duties as required.
