About The Position

Fortune is seeking a Senior Manager of Partner Activations to lead post-sale client relationships and execute complex, integrated partnerships for enterprise advertisers and agencies. This highly client-facing role requires exceptional written communication, confident meeting leadership, operational discipline, and sound judgment. The Senior Manager independently manages an assigned portfolio and partners closely with the Director of Partner Activations on the team’s largest and most complex accounts. For Director-led partnerships, the role owns designated workstreams, manages day-to-day coordination and communication, and develops polished, client-ready materials. Programs may span editorial content, newsletters, podcasts and vodcasts, social, events, and other sponsorship components. The Senior Manager translates client objectives and sold commitments into actionable plans, clarifies complex situations, and communicates partnership value through compelling reports and presentations. The role owns activation for assigned partnerships from sales handoff and kickoff through delivery, wrap-up, and renewal recommendations, coordinating internal teams and keeping clients and stakeholders informed. It also supports renewal and expansion conversations, improves activation processes, and may guide Coordinator support on assigned programs while remaining accountable for quality, deadlines, and client commitments. This role is based at Fortune’s NYC headquarters with hybrid flexibility. The salary range is $100,000–$110,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a 10% discretionary annual bonus.
