Shoreline Baths is looking for skilled and dependable Acrylic Bath Installers with experience in bathroom remodeling and home renovation to join our team. We specialize in stylish, cost-effective, and low-maintenance bath solutions designed to meet a variety of customer needs, including accessibility. As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our bath remodeling products while ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction on every job. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or in-home renovation
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and similar equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in a single day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills
• Follow established installation standards and procedures to ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers at all times
• Keep work areas clean and organized while respecting customers' homes and property
• Educate customers on the proper care and maintenance of their new installations
• Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
• Stock, organize, and maintain the installation vehicle with the necessary tools and materials
