This role involves transforming outdated bathrooms into beautiful new spaces, often completing remodels in as little as one day. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, bathroom installation, or home renovation.
- Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately measure and install materials.
- Experience using common hand and power tools.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day.
- Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to company standards.
- Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and light construction work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
- Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath system.
- Complete installation paperwork and submit project photos.
- Keep your installation vehicle stocked, organized, and ready for each job.
