About The Position

1-800 HANSONS LLC is hiring skilled Acrylic Bath Installers to join their growing installation team. They specialize in high-quality bath and shower remodeling solutions that are stylish, affordable, low-maintenance, and accessible. This role involves completing bathroom remodels, often in as little as one day, installing acrylic bath and shower systems, performing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general remodeling, and completing light plumbing and related installation work. The installer will also follow company installation standards, maintain professional relationships with homeowners, protect customer homes, explain product care, complete paperwork, and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling, carpentry, construction, or home improvement
• Strong carpentry and construction skills
• Comfortable using power tools
• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and square
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

• Experience with acrylic bath/shower installation is a plus
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
