Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and combination square
• Experience with power tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other common construction tools
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often in as little as one day
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction work
• Install acrylic bath and shower systems according to established standards
• Take accurate measurements and ensure precise, quality installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Treat every customer’s home with care and respect
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
• Explain proper care and maintenance of newly installed products
• Complete required paperwork and submit job photos
• Maintain and stock your installation vehicle with the necessary tools and materials
• Consistently meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
