About The Position

Serves as the senior acquisition/program management lead and NILE Secretary supporting the NATO Improved Link Eleven (NILE) PMO (PMW 150). Provides executive-level support to an international government program, coordinates the efforts of non-priority personnel, and leads the production of formal minutes, decisions, and acquisition documentation for international steering committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with specialized courses/training in statistics, process improvement, and data analytics
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience (minimum 5 years in acquisition management support)
  • DAWIA Level III in Program Management or equivalent (e.g., PMP)
  • US Citizen with Active US SECRET clearance with eligibility for NATO Secret access
  • High-caliber oral, written, and briefing skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent record management for formal minutes/action/decision items
  • Sound understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting on international programs
  • Ability to negotiate with international meeting venues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to an international government project, including formal communication with senior international stakeholders and travel to support Government staff at formal international meetings
  • Apply expertise in program management, cost control, scheduling, secretariat functions, business relations, and reporting
  • Coordinate the efforts of non-priority personnel on the contract
