About The Position

Titan Production Equipment was founded in 2018. As a 100% production equipment-focused company, Titan provides a high level of service, quality and capabilities to fulfill customers’ equipment needs around the separation, processing and treating of oil and gas hydrocarbon streams. Titan offers deep engineering expertise and has capacity to manufacture at high volumes in an ASME-certified facility that produces both pre-designed and custom separators, heater treaters, glycol dehydration units, as well as a wide range of other production equipment products. Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to implement continuous process improvement initiatives
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
• Billing Portal Experience (Ariba, OpenInvoice, etc.)
• ERP experience
• Sales Tax Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable - Generate & Send Invoices (through billing portals)
• Accounts Receivable -Maintain accurate billing records
• Accounts Receivable -Apply cash receipts
• Accounts Receivable -Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments or upcoming payments and contact customers as needed
• Monthly Accounting Process - Assist with monthly accounting close and account reconciliations
• Accounts Payable - Support Accounts Payable as needed
• Other Ad hoc projects as needed
