About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Professional. We welcome inquiries from qualified candidates who possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, and are dedicated and focused. Key responsibilities include generating invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, resolving billing discrepancies and managing collections to reduce overdue accounts.

Requirements

2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Acute attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong communication skills, including clear and effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Self-starter, results orientated.
Strong organizational skills.
Fast learner.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment.
Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet and reporting applications.
Team player with a positive attitude!
High school graduate or equivalent.
Proficient computer skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel is required.

Responsibilities

Creating, reviewing and sending accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Recording and posting credit card payments.
Monitoring aging reports, identifying delinquent accounts and contacting customers via phone or email to secure payment.
Manage customer account reconciliation.
Update customer invoicing spreadsheet – Invoices and Payments
Weekly reporting
Resolving billing disputes, customer inquiries, and maintaining updated customer files.
Crosstrain and support other areas as needed.
Other general accounting and office duties as assigned.
