Requirements

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial experience

  • Previous supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversees Account Receivable (A/R) function including processing of customer invoices and credit memos for goods and services on a timely basis (monthly and year-end close).
  • Oversees accurate processing of accounts receivable ledger accounts.
  • Ensures that accounts receivable policies and procedures are followed; ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.
  • Supervises A/R staff who monitor and resolve customer deductions in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties as requested or required.
