About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Marshall. This role is crucial for ensuring patient accounts are accurate, payments are processed on time, and billing is efficient. The specialist will be responsible for managing patient account payments, verifying CPT codes using the ICD-10 coding system, resolving billing issues, and supporting the finance and administrative team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous billing experience is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and committed to accuracy
• Passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community

Nice To Haves

• Medical Coding Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage patient account payments with accuracy and care
• Verify CPT codes using the ICD-10 coding system
