About The Position

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who brings precision, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset to help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensure timely billing, and support of the month end close process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Epicor, etc.)
• Must possess high school diploma.
• Sound knowledge of A/R accounting function
• Intermediate (of higher) level proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong data-entry skills with a penchant for accuracy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts receivable (A/R) invoices, verify account coding accuracy, and post transactions to the G/L
• Create and enter weekly and monthly journal entries to accrue for sales
• Review and maintain accurate A/R records with supporting documentation.
• Review A/R aging report and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Follow-up with accounts payable by completing request for payment form
• Assist Accounting Manager and Controller with reporting request
• Must be available to work from the Colorvision Corporate office onsite Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Perform other duties as assigned
