Requirements

• 7–10 years of accounting or AR experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes
• Proven ability to manage collections and resolve discrepancies
• Experience with accounting systems + Microsoft Office
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Managing invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
• Monitoring aging reports
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
• Tracking and reconciling repair orders and customer accounts
• Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Coordinating customer credit applications from start to finish
• Partnering with sales and finance to keep everything aligned
