Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an A/R Specialist to join our team. We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of two (2) years related business experience managing an accounts receivable portfolio
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Must enjoy interacting and working with people
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Some Accounting courses

Responsibilities

  • Manages an Accounts Receivable portfolio of up to $10 million.
  • Analyzes customer accounts for account aging, tracking payment practices, and past-due balances.
  • Resolves issues regarding past-due items, pricing, quantity disputes, and unauthorized products.
  • Communicates with customers via phone, email, fax, and post regarding account information.
  • Communicate with the appropriate Pepsi Bottling Ventures branches and corporate departments regarding account information.
  • Makes recommendations to Accounts Receivable Supervisor regarding Accounts Receivable customer accounts.
  • Generates and transmits statements per customer and management request.
  • Other duties as assigned.
