About The Position

With over 40 years of experience, they combine expert workmanship with national support from ARS. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and collection activities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of accounting experience (or equivalent training/education)
- Familiarity with standard accounting principles
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Track accounts receivable and collection activities
- Investigate outstanding invoices and initiate collections or liens as needed
- Perform audits to ensure accurate invoices and allocations
- Assist technicians with residential financing approvals
- Reconcile bank statements, prepare journal entries, and handle month-end duties
- Generate and distribute financial reports and aging reports
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support basic accounts payable and receivable tasks
