About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support the accounting team by managing invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong communication skills and an investigative mindset to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Prior exposure to accounting systems or financial software
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Process and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Record and reconcile incoming payments, including checks and electronic transactions
  • Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances and payment status
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Answer inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and project-based tasks
  • Perform backup duties within the accounting department as needed
