About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative. This role involves managing all accounts receivable functions, including tracking assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, planning strategies for payment recovery, extensive phone communication with customers, locating and contacting debtors about payment status, negotiating payment deadlines or plans, addressing customer inquiries or complaints, investigating and resolving discrepancies, building positive customer relationships, regularly updating account status and databases, and alerting supervisors to customers unable or unwilling to pay outstanding amounts. The role also includes complying with requirements when legal action is necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 2 years' collections experience
• Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
