About The Position

Decker Truck Line, a family-owned company with over 95 years in business, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team at their Corporate Headquarters in Fort Dodge, IA. This role offers a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule and is part of an award-winning company recognized for its driver satisfaction and community involvement.

Requirements

• AR Experience
• Good keypunch, communication and cross reference skills

Nice To Haves

• 2 Year Accounting Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of McLeod Transportation Software, Payment websites and Desktop Deposit Services helpful

Responsibilities

• Data entry across multiple systems
• Filing important documentation
• Posting daily deposits
• Reconciliation of cash entries
• Researching payment remittances
• Backing up Billing Department as needed
• Working with other team members
• Other duties as assigned
