General accounting position, direct contact with company customers. Collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- Ability to pass background/MVR.
- Ability to multi-task
- Detailed oriented
- Strong background in accounting and collections.
Responsibilities
- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments.
- Collection of customer payments
- Contact customer.
- Handling of the que (releasing order)
- Reconciling customer’s accounts
- Willing to learn other accounting duties.
- Flexible and a team player.
