About The Position

Transteck is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst for our Freightliner of Harrisburg dealership located in Harrisburg, PA. Job Description: Perform various administrative duties as required, such as preparing documents and reports, answering the telephone, addressing internal (and/or) external customer inquiries, etc. Review all new customer applications for credit, perform credit check including calling references and assign credit limits. Place collection calls for all customers with past due balances. Place customers unresponsive to collection calls to an outside collection agency. Update status of past due accounts weekly. Responsible for preparation and recording of Pinnacle accounts receivable. Maintain required records, reports and files in an organized manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
4-5 years previous Accounting experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliable
Basic knowledge of credit management and collection techniques
Knowledge of data processing capabilities and procedures, including the use of computers

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive or truck dealership accounting is helpful
CDK software experience is helpful
