About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst serves as a liaison to the company's clients and is responsible for recording, entering, depositing, and reconciling payments into the company's operating account. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and pays $21–$22 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of accounts receivable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Experience with account systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data entry skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.

Responsibilities

Accurately invoice customers.
Collect past-due accounts.
Create and process required reports.
Research billing issues and correct invoices as needed.
Communicate with the team through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
Assist with transactions that require accounting authorization.
Take personal responsibility for managing change.
