About The Position

Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office Accounts Receivable Administrator At Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) our success is fueled by our high performing teams delivering Auto Done Easy for our customers. As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator, you'll serve as a key liaison between Lithia Motors and our valued customers. You’ll ensure payments are processed accurately, credit lines are maintained efficiently, and internal partners are supported—while delivering outstanding service to both internal stakeholders and customers. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with a mix of administrative responsibilities, outbound customer communication, and internal follow-up. Success requires strong communication, ownership of tasks, and the ability to manage volume while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset
  • Strong, direct written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience in fast-paced or call center environments
  • Confidence making outbound calls (collections experience a plus)
  • Strong critical thinking and active listening abilities
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments and refunds accurately and on time
  • Reconcile AR schedules in accordance with company policy
  • Provide support to store locations and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Manage internal stakeholder meetings and follow-ups to ensure alignment and timely resolution
  • Review and input credit application details into internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues
  • Respond to service and parts customer inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers and partners to resolve balances, clarify accounts, and drive timely payment activity
  • Maintain consistent communication to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Other administrative and support projects as assigned
