About The Position
The Entry Level Accounts Payable position will be performing data entry and clerical work using excel and bill.com to process and pay invoices.
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in bill.com
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices using bill.com.
- Will use excel for other data-entry tasks.
- Other clerical duties such as fielding phone calls from vendors, etc.
