About The Position
In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid timely.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables), SAP
- Between 1-3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable in a fast-paced environment
- Between 1-3 years of experience in supervisor role
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Business Administration or related field of study
- Prior knowledge and experience with International payments/banking requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise accounts payable staff.
- Run payment proposals
- 1099 reporting
- Audit and post PO and Non PO Invoices.
- Audit and confirm Vendor Master.
- Perform monthly closing procedures.
- Run weekly reports.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, and Purchasing
