About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated AP Specialist to join our Finance Team to compile and maintain our Accounts Payable process and activities. This position is based out of Foothill Ranch, CA. Requirements

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) preferred; and 1-2 years accounts payable related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP such as Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
  • Keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, code and submit invoices to managers for approval via email or ERP workflow.
  • Maintain vendor set up/records in ERP
  • Submit credit approval/application documents for new vendors/suppliers
  • Process employee expense reports
  • Prepare invoice dispute notices as necessary.
  • Research and resolve payment inquiries from external vendors and Hampton associates.
  • Prepare accounts payable check, wire, credit card and ACH payments and secures approvals
  • Maintain accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files, whether physical or electronic.
  • Filing of AP records, both physical and electronic
  • Assist with annual audit and bank audits
  • Assist with special projects as needed and any such additional duties which may be assigned from time to time.
