Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support
  • Experience working with financial or reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems
  • Experience with SAP Concur or other expense management platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience working in a publicly traded company environment
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices through Oracle Fusion, ensuring proper coding, purchase order matching, and approvals in alignment with company delegation of authority policies.
  • Support timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist with month-end close activities for accounts payable.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Assist with preparation of annual 1099 forms.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Support continuous process improvements within accounts payable function.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Support audit requests.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Help ensure accounts payable operations remain compliant, efficient, and audit-ready.
