About The Position

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing payments of vendor invoices and rush check requests. This is a full-time, temporary role with the potential for hire, based in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

• Experience with Accounts Payable.
• Experience using Accounting Software such as AMB, Concur, etc.
• Full time onsite role based in Irvine, CA required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Processing payments of vendor invoices and rush check requests.
• Review and validate invoices submitted via Concur.
• Assign invoices to appropriate approvers.
• Research and resolve any coding errors.
• Work with business units, branches, and vendors to obtain any additional information needed.
• Obtain W9 from vendors.
• Liaise with the vendor management team whenever required.
• Respond to inquiries from internal employees, business units, and vendors on invoice and payment statuses.
