About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process. This includes timely and accurate invoice processing, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining positive vendor relationships. The role requires a proactive individual who can identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in end-to-end accounts payable process.
AP 3-way matching
Proven experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
Ability to process no less than 200 invoices per week. (must have)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Experience with full cycle accounts payable, reconciliation, and vendor maintenance.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on expertise with Tipalti and/or Ramp.

Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Receiving departments.
Identify and document root causes of payment delays and errors, implementing corrective actions.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Enforce corporate credit card policy, including setup, fraud monitoring, and monthly statement review and posting.
Enforce travel and expense policy, facilitate approvals, and manage payments.
Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with external financial statement audits.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of annual 1099 filings.
