About The Position

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing payments of vendor invoices and rush check requests. This is a temporary to hire, full-time, onsite role based in Irvine, CA.

Requirements

  • Experience with Accounts Payable
  • Experience using Accounting Software such as AMB, Concur, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate invoices submitted via Concur
  • Assign invoices to appropriate approvers
  • Research and resolve any coding errors
  • Work with business units, branches, and vendors to obtain any additional information needed
  • Obtain W9 from vendors
  • Liaise with the vendor management team whenever required
  • Respond to inquiries from internal employees, business units, and vendors on invoice and payment statuses
