Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and enter transactions into company ERP software
• Pay vendor invoices within vendor terms
• Reconcile open accounts payable (AP) transactions with general ledger accounts
• Respond to vendor account inquiries
• Maintain vendor records
• Responsible for 1099 processing
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash box
• Responsible for the accounting filing system
• Maintain use tax documentation
• Support various elements of the month end close and reporting processes
• Contribute to team effort by actively participating in team meetings
• Serve as a back-up for Accounts Receivable duties.
