Requirements

2+ years of SAP Concur required (Expense, Invoice & Admin)
Associate degree in Accounting or Business – related field
2+ years Accounts Payable/ Accounting-related field
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles/practices
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Organized- prioritizes work activities and time efficiently
Detail oriented – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness to ensure work quality
Strong initiative and ability to problem solve
Dependable – consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
Flexible schedule during monthly financial closes
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, or as a team member
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing to all levels within the organization
Ability to work under pressure and with multiple deadlines

Nice To Haves

Experience with accounting software a plus

Responsibilities

Work with corporate and field operations groups for AP documentation and approval
Communicate with the vendors and resolve open issues, disputes, and inquiries
Heavy volume data entry
Reconcile Vendor Statements, research and correct discrepancies
Code and enter invoices and payments into the accounting system
Maintain basic knowledge of GL chart of accounts
Perform other duties as assigned to support accounts payable and corporate objectives
