YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You support the Accounting Payable Supervisor by processing high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and compliance You manage invoice review, documentation, approvals, coding, and resolve discrepancies or accounting issues You liaise with the Accounting Department in Germany to support cross-functional and international procedures You maintain organized records through scanning, filing, and clerical functions You receive and respond to vendor inquiries professionally, resolving payment issues efficiently You assist with audits, special projects, and process improvement efforts while safeguarding confidential financial information YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have practical experience in accounting or accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment Education You have an associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Technical Proficiency You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and possess strong analytical skills Soft Skills You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and can multitask effectively Commitment to Excellence You have an excellent work ethic, are dependable, cooperative, and willing to take on multiple tasks Availability You are able to work 40 hours per week and communicate effectively in English WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive Health Insurance Access healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401k retirement plan. Requirements
