About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Operations Clerk to support accounts payable, inventory, production, and shipping operations. This role involves data entry, invoicing, order processing, customer support, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, inventory control, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using ERP systems (SAP, Macola, or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions, invoices, credit memos, and remittances.
  • Enter and manage customer orders, returns, production data, shipments, and receivers.
  • Generate invoices, track payments, and reconcile cash postings.
  • Post production and shipping information into customer SAP systems.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation through scanning and filing.
  • Support month-end reporting and closing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide backup support for switchboard operations.
