This opportunity is in the Accounting & Finance Department. Our Accounting & Finance Department is dynamic and collaborative. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of Safety National. You'll process accounts payable transactions across multiple companies, prepare quarterly and annual statement filings, assist with 1099 reporting, and support a variety of accounting and administrative functions. In this fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with teammates across the organization while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Please note, this position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws. As such, you will be required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.
