This role is responsible for all Accounts Payable activities, including greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. The clerk will handle incoming calls, ensure prompt delivery to appropriate staff, and manage payment intake for auction purposes. During Sale Day, the clerk will maintain a smooth customer flow, issue bid badges, and assist dealers with any issues. Responsibilities also include pulling buy and sell nets, processing paperwork for outgoing mail and packages, updating software with check and title delivery status, processing flooring requests with follow-up, assisting in A/R collections, and performing data entry and filing. Maintaining a clean and organized counter area is also a key part of the role.
