About The Position

Bevi is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support its Finance team with day-to-day accounts payable management and monthly closing activities. The role reports directly to the Senior Staff Account and is a member of Bevi’s Finance team. Bevi is a growing connected-beverage technology company focused on reducing single-use bottle and can waste through its IoT-enabled beverage platform. The position handles vendor invoices and payments, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis, while working with vendors, internal departments, and FP&A. The role also supports monthly reviews of results against budget and prior periods. The posted salary range is $56,100–$69,300 USD. Requirements

Candidate for a BS/BA in accounting or finance.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Fluency with standard GAAP accounting methods.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and/or Ramp.

Responsibilities

Capture and enter vendor invoices, coding them to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
Work with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoice payments.
Coordinate with other departments to obtain invoice approvals.
Perform accurate and timely month-end cash reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
Prepare ad hoc analyses, including vendor spending summaries, fixed asset analysis, and customer machine return analysis.
Partner with FP&A to review monthly results against budget and prior months.
