Crossbeam Investments, LLP, a Seattle-based property management company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. This role involves performing accounting and clerical tasks related to accounts payable, including receiving and logging invoices, maintaining the accounts payable ledger, generating financial statements and reports, and assisting with other financial matters as directed by the Director of Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and strong office support skills. The position is initially 100% on-site at their corporate office in Pioneer Square, downtown Seattle, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement once established and demonstrating independence. Candidates are encouraged to use public transportation, and an ORCA card is provided.
