Vishay Dale Electronics in Columbus, NE, a major manufacturer of resistors and e-beam technology with approximately 600 employees, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst. This role involves processing Accounts Payable invoices, balancing daily work, and coordinating with the Purchasing and Receiving Departments to resolve payment issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Up to one year experience
- Knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable.
- Organized to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills to work between departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Processes Accounts Payable invoices that are routine.
- Identifies Receiving Department problems.
- Answers vendor payment questions.
- Balances daily work on automated system.
