The Accounts Payable Analyst processes Accounts Payable invoices, balances daily work, and coordinates with the Purchasing and Receiving Departments on problems that stop payment on invoices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Up to one year experience
• Knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable.
• Organized to meet deadlines.
• Communication skills to work between departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Processes Accounts Payable invoices that are routine.
• Identifies Receiving Department problems.
• Answers vendor payment questions.
• Balances daily work on automated system.
