About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function, including recording financial data, preparing reports on business activity, and standardizing work procedures. The team's goal is to process payments accurately and timely while ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of five or more years of experience in full cycle accounts payable review and analysis
Expert understanding of business processes of accounts payable
Strong ERP experience required
Ability to analyze, develop and implement responses to operational process challenges
Adherence to SOX standards and procedures
Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify issues and solutions
Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
