About The Position

The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for reviewing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining organized accounts payable records. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A key aspect of this position involves coordinating inventory financing payments and accurately recording inventory purchases in the general ledger.

Responsibilities

  • Review vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving reports
  • Process ACH, check, and wire payments accurately and on time
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Coordinate inventory financing payments and track repayments
  • Record inventory purchases accurately in the general ledger
  • Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation
