Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in general accounting coupled with an interest in the accounting field.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Nice To Haves
- An Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing a range of financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, billing, disbursements, and audit research.
Responsibilities
- Manage billing, disbursements, and invoices; perform data entry; ensure accuracy in figures, coding, taxes, and discounts.
- Review records and documents for completeness and policy compliance; reconcile discrepancies and make adjustments as needed.
- Process and coordinate in-state and out-of-state travel requests and reimbursements.
- Provide administrative support; draft correspondence and reports; research and resolve inquiries regarding policy and procedures.
