About The Position

ROSE Financial Solutions (ROSE), a Finance as a Service (FaaS) provider, is seeking self-driven accounting professionals for a general-interest opening for a potential future hiring opportunity. This hybrid role is based in North Bethesda, Maryland, with 3–4 days onsite after an introductory period. ROSE supports clients’ finance, accounting, and tax activities through experienced professionals and its Easby® system of engagement, which uses enterprise-grade hyper-automation technology.

The role is aimed at accounting professionals who want to learn and grow in the field. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a U.S.-accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to thrive while meeting challenging deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to collaborative teamwork and proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing, payables, and payments.
• Handle contracts, billing, and cash receipts.
• Support payroll and human capital management, including time and expense systems.
• Support treasury and cash reconciliation.
• Provide tax compliance support.
• Perform small-business accounting.
• Provide client and stakeholder support.
