Responsibilities
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Creation of Sales Orders
- Invoicing – both for projects and for maintenance
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Business Licenses
- Insurance
- End of month processing
- Taxes (including being a liaison with accountants)
- Familiarization with inventory
