About The Position

The incumbent is expected to perform various activities in the areas of Accounting and Finance. These include daily, monthly, or quarterly activities such as accounts payable and receivable research and support, daily cash and monthly bank account reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end close activities, journal entry preparation and posting, account reconciliation and analysis, financial reporting and analysis, general ledger posting and account reconciliation, performing related party inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmations, assisting with quarterly review and year-end financial audits, travel and entertainment expense report management and auditing, reporting (internal & external), insurance & tax support, and Kaizen improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably public Accounting firms
• Communicate effectively to Aisin Management Members
• Understand the concept of consolidation Accounting
• Ability to understand standard Accounting systems
• Ability to understand and be able to perform research on tax related topics
• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to pay strict attention to details and complete tasks on time.
• Excellent written and oral language skills

Nice To Haves

• Oracle Enterprise Business Solution experience
• Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
