About The Position

Our employees voted us Top Workplaces 2022-2025 four years in a row. Are you the kind of person who notices when numbers don’t quite add up—and actually enjoys figuring out why? Want a role where your work matters—and your coworkers know your name (and maybe your coffee order)? Ready to join a team that works hard, supports each other, and still finds time to have a little fun? Well, look no further! Nationwide Power is searching for a detail-driven, reliable Accounting Specialist to join our incredible team. This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and quality work—but doesn’t necessarily need a formal accounting degree to succeed. In this position, you’ll support our accounting operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling and posting payments, handling credit card submissions, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with billing and invoicing. Success here isn’t about titles—it’s about following strong systems, staying organized, and taking ownership of your work. We’re big believers in doing things right the first time, and we’ve built our processes to support that. If you’re someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys bringing order to the details, and takes pride in accuracy, you’ll fit right in. Just as important, we’re a small business that genuinely values people. We believe in work-life balance, treating each other with respect, and creating an environment where you can do great work and still enjoy your day. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.
