Requirements

A proven commitment to servant leadership, fostering an environment where your team feels supported, valued, and empowered.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus.
5+ years in accounting/financial management, with leadership chops.
Tech-savviness (experience with accounting software and Sage Intacct is a plus), a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial data.
You’re passionate about your work and love adding personality to your projects.
Resourcefulness and analytical skills are your jam.

Nice To Haves

CPA a plus

Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations—from accounts payable/receivable to general ledger mastery.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements with a forward-thinking perspective.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
Partnering with leadership to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Guiding the accounting team like the supportive and empowering leader you are.
